Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused or unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Pawfecto.co.uk. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalised items
Personal care products (such as cosmetics and toiletries)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few working days for your bank or card provider to process and credit the refund to your account.
